crispy wonton cups
wonton cups = my new flavorite thing! they’re light and crispy yet extremely durable, able hold an endless combination of fillings (like the one pictured above: grilled shrimp, guacamole & pineapple salsa fresca). it took me AT LEAST 30 min to snap some food pics, i ate them afterwards and the wonton cups had retained their crispy texture. recipe FTW, adapted from this wonton crackers recipe by Cheap Recipe Blog.
